Payment And Cancellation Policy

Deposit:

1. For reservations made 6 (six) or more months in advance:
   • 40% (forty percent) of the rental amount is due upon making your reservation, This deposit is non-refundable.
   • 40% (forty percent) of the rental amount is due 6 (six) months prior to the reservation date.
   • 20% (twenty percent) of the rental amount is due 95 (ninety-five) prior to the Reservation Date. IMPORTANT: If final payment is not received before 95 (ninety-five) days prior to the Reservation Date, your Reservation will be cancelled (see Cancellation below).
2. For reservations made less than 6 (six) months in advance:
   • 80% (Eighty percent) of the rental amount is due upon making your reservation.
   • 20% (twenty percent) of the rental amount is due 95 (ninety-five) prior to the reservation date.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• The first deposit of 40% (forty percent) is non-refundable.
• If cancelled at least 120 (one-hundred-twenty) days in advance of the Reservation Date and after the second 40% (forty percent) deposit has been made, the second payment of 40% (forty percent) will be fully refunded.
• If cancelled on or after 95 (ninety-five) days in advance of the Reservation Date, your deposit is non-refundable.
• Please consider purchasing Trip Insurance to provide coverage in the event you need to cancel your Reservation. If interested, we can provide you with contact information of reliable Trip Insurance companies.
