Reservations may be booked up to 12 months in advance (subject to availability).
- Select your Resort, Room type and Reservation Date (Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, Sunday to Sunday, or Monday to Monday). Contact us by phone or preferably by email with the details of your Reservation request. Reservations for Christmas and New Years fill very quickly and should be made a full year in advance. The same is true for the PGA tournament at Nuevo Vallarta.

Specify in the message your name, phone number, Resort, Room Type, arrival and departure dates, and the number of people in your party.
- We will respond via email within 24 hours to confirm availability and rental cost.
- Confirm that you want to proceed with the Rental Reservation by phone or preferably by email and specify your preferred payment method (see below).
- For Payment, we accept PayPal, Zelle, and Wire Transfer. Let us know if you prefer to pay with cryptocurrencies and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- We will email an Invoice detailing the reservation dates, total rental cost, and a payment schedule for deposit(s) and balance due. Please reply to this invoice email to confirm your acceptance of the Reservation Details and our Terms and Conditions.
- Proceed to make payment and notify us when completed.
- When payment is received (see Terms and Conditions below), within 24 hours we will send an email including your Reservation Confirmation Number along with a statement that you are our guests for the week. This email needs to be printed and presented to Vidanta during check-in.
- Within 4 days after receipt of your flight arrival information at the nearest airport to the resort, we will provide you with a voucher and the details for your free, private transportation to the resort. You need to print your transportation voucher to present to your driver at the airport.
