If we have arranged for your transportation from the airport, a Vidanta representative with a sign will be waiting for you outside the terminal. [There are a lot of timeshare sales persons inside the terminal that will try very hard to get your attention. It is best to keep your eyes forward and ignore them all…] Outside the main terminal doors look for a person holding a Vidanta transportation sign. They will take your printed voucher, give you a receipt, take you to your transportation vehicle, and load your luggage.
Arriving at the Resort, you will be dropped off at the Central Lobby transportation hub. There you will be greeted and asked for your reservation information. You need to present your printed Confirmation Number at that time. Both your luggage and personal carry items will go through security screening. Your luggage will then be sealed in a covered cart and delivered to your room upon request.
A Central Lobby bellman will take you by cart to the Grand Luxxe Lobby for a personalized check-in experience. You will again need to present your printed email with the Confirmation Number and statement that you are our guests for the week. Passports for each individual and a credit card are required at check-in. The Resort will typically put a $2,000 hold on your credit card. Let them know if you need more than one account for making/tracking charges to your room.
You will be given a wristband that serves as your room key upon completion of check in.
After checking in, you will be met by a representative of the Resort who will explain your Amenities at the resort and answer any questions you may have. Be sure to explain how the resort transportation system works. Also, they will offer to set up a Sales Meeting for you at which you will get a sales pitch on buying a usage contract at the Resort. Even if you say NO to their sales pitch, you will get a 10% (ten percent) discount off most of your expenses at the Resort for the week by attending the sales meeting.
The rooms are generally available for occupancy by 5:00 PM. When your room is ready, go to your check-in host in the Lobby who will electronically authorize your wristband keys to access your room.
Once in your room, dial the number located on your luggage receipt and your luggage will be delivered within thirty minutes.
Now you are all set for a fantastic experience at Vidanta. Upon arrival at your building, you will be introduced to your private Concierge who can help you with any reservations at the Resort.
