This contract has access to all locations

Number of Registered Weeks: One

Number of PARAMOUNT Weeks for ninety-nine years: Two

Term: Every ten years from the Original Contract date, Certificate Holder may extend this Certificate for additional and subsequent 10 (ten) year periods by paying to the Resort, within 3 (three) months after the end of the preceding 10 (ten) year period, an extension fee equal to one then current Reservation Fee multiplied by 2 (two).

Bedrooms: Two, Baths: Four, Kitchen: Yes, Capacity: Six + Two children under twelve

Time Classification: RED [Any time of year except Christmas, New Years, Holy Week and Easter

Sister Resorts: Subject to availability, Certificate Holder shall have the right to exchange any Paramount Week for a week at any of the other Vidanta Resorts. (See Exchange List below.)

Unused weeks do not accrue for use in a subsequent year. (See Contract Addendums below for carry-over to next year.)

Reservations for Paramount Weeks may be requested, subject to availability, up to 10 (ten) months in advance, except for the use period between November 15^th and March 30^th in which reservations may only be requested 8 (eight) months in advance. (See Platinum Addendum below for 12 (twelve) month reservation window.

Cancellation: Certificate Holder may cancel reservation(s) up to 90 (ninety) calendar days prior to scheduled arrival. There is an administrative fee for such cancellations of US$250 (two hundred=fifty dollars) per cancellation.

Check-in: Certificate Holder may use weeks, subject to availability, from Friday to Friday, or Saturday to Saturday, of Sunday to Sunday, or Monday to Monday.

Non-manditory Maintenance Fees

The Certificate Holder is not required to pay annual Maintenance Fees for unused weeks.

Platinum Status

There is no cost for Platinum status and the following privileges.

Butler Service:

Simply send a list of things you would like in your room upon your arrival. (Some restrictions apply).

Early Reservations:

Reservations may be made up to 12 (twelve) months in advance.

Preferred Restaurant Reservations:

For Reservations made 24 hours in advance, tell us where you would like to eat and at what time along with how many are in your party and the concierge will assure your dining selection.

Preferred Tee Times/Golf Reservations:

Enjoy advance booking for your rounds of golf. Simply call the Pro Shop 72 hours in advance to book your Tee Times.

Preferred Check-In:

Enjoy an exclusive check-in experience, free of lines and waiting time.

Platinum Reservations Line:

Dedicated toll-free phone line exclusively for Platinum and Gold Members

Preferred View:

This exclusive benefit ensures Platinum Members the most desirable views.

Private Shuttle Service on Demand at Riviera Maya:

Wherever you are on the Riviera Maya Resort only, when transportation is needed, call your Concierge and a Cart will be sent to your location to pick you up.

The Beneficiary will be entitled to the following benefits regarding the Vidanta Experience Parks, located in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit (The Park”).

Super Pass:

Each Beneficiary is entitled to enjoy 7 (seven) days in a row at The Pare for the price of 1 (one) single day admission per person.

Priority Admission

Daily admission for the general public to The Park is limited. However, we ensure the Beneficiary will have priority in the purchase of admission tickets regardless of the daily admission quota.

Always Early access:

With the purchase of a Super Pass, the Beneficiary can visit The Park beginning at a special early admission time before the doors are opened to the general public.

Effortless transportation to and from the Resort:

The Park is connected to the Resort via Skydream (Gondola guest transportation) which features a dedicated VIP boarding line and a VIP entrance to The Park.

30% Discount on Vidanta Shows:

The Beneficiary will receive priority access and 30% discount of the regular price charged to the general public.  This discount also applies to all other Vidanta shows, including the Cirque du Soleil at Vidanta Riviera Maya.

Fast Pass for The Park attractions:

The Beneficiary will be able to enjoy expedited entry to attractions (as determined by The Park operator) rather than waiting in lines.

Preferred access to VIP areas of The Park:

The Beneficiary will enjoy access to special VIP areas of The Park.  VIP access also extends to select concerts, sporting events, and other entertainment at other Vidanta resorts.

Private Backstage Tour:

The Beneficiary will be able to access a backstage tour of the Park Theater and special areas designated at The Park. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.

Access to Kings Court:

Per invitation only, The Beneficiary will have access to visit a unique experience in on of the most exclusive areas at the Vidanta Experience Park, “The Kings Court”. The Kings Court is a private and exclusive loyalty club located in the Kingdom of the Sun.

This benefit applies to the Member(s) and accompanying guests staying in the member’s unit.

Two for One Fee:

Promotion includes Green Fee, Gart Fee, and Driving Range.

PROMOTIONAL AMENITY PRIVILEGES:

These benefits apply to registered weeks and to Paramount Weeks and are available to members and guests while staying in a member’s unit.

Gym and Spa:

Two for One basic 50-minutes spa massages, plus use of all facilities of the gym and spa free of charge. Free usage includes use of the facilities only.

Internet:

Free in-room internet access.

Tennis Courts:

Members and guests shall have the right to use the tennis courts free of charge.  It6 does not include the cost of nighttime illumination, rental, nor purchase of equipment.

You will be able to internally accrue all your weeks for one year.  If the current usage fee is paid, the week may be carried over to be used in the next subsequent year.  There is no cost for this privilege.

The Two Bedroom Empire Tower Suite may be exchanged with any of the Sister Resort units listed below. The maximum occupancy of the units is 8 adults and 2 children under the age of twelve.
